- Travel insurance

3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Payment must be made as per the agreed terms before service confirmation
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
- All taxes and fees are additional unless stated otherwise
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, UPI, and other approved methods
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation:
- Cancellation charges vary depending on the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.)
- Cancellation must be requested in writing via email or official communication
- Certain bookings may be non-refundable as per supplier terms
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy of the respective service provider
- Processing time for refunds may take 15-30 business days
- Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable
5. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure all travel documents (passport, visa) are valid
- Arrive at the airport/departure point well in advance
- Comply with all airline, hotel, and destination regulations
- Inform us of any special requirements or medical conditions
6. Liability and Disclaimer
- We act as intermediaries between clients and service providers
- We are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors
- We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers
- We are not liable for loss of baggage, personal injury, or other incidents during travel
7. Visa and Documentation
- Visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate
- We provide assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval
- Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection
- Clients must provide genuine and accurate documents
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on our website and promotional materials are the property of Smart Ticket Tour & Travels and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
